SINROOF
SINROOF and the 3D spacer grid designed and produced by Sineco International to ensure proper ventilation of private, commercial and public buildings. Also useful in residential construction for ventilation and soundproofing of roofs and coverings, such as attics, lofts and lofts.
The three-dimensional pyramid structure, heat-sealed to a breathable membrane, creates a spacer , which, when applied under the tiles and roofing, allows air to circulate more easily.
This geosynthetic product is useful for:
- ensure waterproofness of roofs and coverings
- prevent humidity (and delete the existing one)
- to ensure the correct air flow in attics, lofts, floors of a building
- avoid the phenomenon of “condensation under the roof”
- to isolate acoustically a surface, limiting the noise produced by atmospheric phenomena
